The UAT Certificate program is a way for practitioners to improve their clinical skills and their understanding of acupuncture and Chinese medicine.
There are 3 levels to the program (Basic/Practitioner, Advanced and Master). The Basic/Practitioner level is composed of three modules (Dance of the Channels, Applied Nan Jing Acupuncture – Level I, and Applied I Ching Acupuncture – Level I), the Advanced level has 2 modules (Applied Nan Jing Acupuncture – Level II and Applied I Ching Acupuncture – Level II) and the Master level has only one module. Once all the modules for a level have been successfully completed, you can apply for the certificate. The conditions for receiving the certificate are that all the modules of the level have been followed and a case study for each module has been submitted to the UAT team.
The first level is called the Practitioner level and has three modules.

- Applied Nan Jing Acupuncture – Level I
- Applied I Ching Acupuncture – Level I
Upon completing these three modules you can apply for the UAT Practitioner Certificate.
The second level is the Advanced level and has 2 modules. This level is reserved for holders of the

- Applied Nan Jing Acupuncture – Level II
- Applied I Ching Acupuncture – Level II
